Which files do I need?
Two: the DA export from Tradeparency (.csv) for your distributor, and that distributor's monthly invoice (.xlsx). The invoice alone also works, you will get grouped totals without the Tradeparency ordering.
What if a line asks me to pick a match?
Some flavors are named differently on the invoice than in Tradeparency. Pick the right one from the dropdown once and it fills every price tier of that flavor and is remembered for next month.
Does it work for my distributor?
It reads columns by meaning, not position, so most distributor layouts work automatically. If a file cannot be read, the tool shows exactly what it saw, send that to us and support gets added.
Is company data safe?
Everything runs inside your browser. Invoice contents are never uploaded or stored anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.
